Its that time of year again. All these family photos and such…
…it definitely reminds me why I’m a photojournalist and not a family/portrait photographer. But I respect those guys quite a bit for being able to do it day in and day out year after year.
This is my own family. My mum’s side, at least.
Technically speaking, not difficult. (Read: absurdly simple.) There’s actually nothing to this photo. No flash, not much post processing. Just ambient light, D700 on a tripod. I actually turned off the vignette control and left the lens fairly wide open, so the vignetting is relatively natural – just a little help in Lightroom.
Thats all. Fam photo. No biggie.
