Admit to the floaties…

One of those rare days I actually get to go out on the lake.

I grew up on this lake. The last few years of high school and first couple years of college, I spent massive blocks of time in the water. Whether it was powerboats or sailboats, wakeboarding or just swimming around or lounging on the deck, that’s how life was.

Now, sadly, it all isn’t used very often.

When I left in January – you can see those photos in the archive – I have spent only around a month’s time at home. Its why I don’t have a rent to pay – what’s the use? Kind of a waste.

But one of those things I miss the most is the water. Sailing, in particular, but definitely any chance to be out there.

It is natural. It is where I love to be.

Stay tuned… someday something will become of it.
