For what every music is worth…

What a great subject matter to make the 700th post on the Fledgling Photographer Blog! Concert photography is one of my favorite genres. And it looks like it will be something that I will constantly be called upon to do… all the time…

Luckily, it is one of my favorite genres of photography. Up there with just good ol’ documentary photojournalism and travel photography.

I guess it might have something to do with the variety of it. The puzzle to figure out. And maybe the fact I really love music.

Like, these first few images. All of the front-man of the band Ha Ha Tonka. No two are really alike. And have I ever mentioned: I really love black and white concert photography. I guess I didn’t get enough in the RollingStone…

Constant motion… it is challenging. Everything moves, all the time.

Anyways, it was a pretty good concert. Not a huge attendance because the names weren’t A-listers, but for those in the audience, they were not disappointed.

Great concert. Great music. Great lights.

Hope it transmits alright…

Stay tuned…
