I do a few weddings a year. Weddings, engagements, bridal things…
…but as posed as weddings tend to be, my favorites are the moments of silence between the poses.
Between the preening and the fluffing and straightening and etcetera…
There are natural motions and moments that trump anything posed.
At least, that’s what I like.
Usually people want to put the formal stuff on their walls. Stand and stare, together, all the same direction.
How often do two people actually – literally or metaphorically – face the same direction?
I guess that’s who you should marry. Find the same person you can face the same direction in life… marry them.
