Part of leading a group of University students like this is the open-ended offer: “If you guys want to go anywhere specific, just get a group together and we will go anywhere you want!”
So… Salisbury and Stonehenge was today.
One thing about European people… they really chose unusual places to hang out. In the states, someone goes to read and will go make a nest in some perfect little corner somewhere, or coffee shop, or a specific place where people gather.
Nope… I think right here on this corner is just great!
And on the way back…
Come to think of it, the last time I was at Stonehenge was July 4, 2010. Now July 30, two years later, everything is almost exactly the same.
The clock continues to tick, the world is still in motion. The Henge is still there.
