Long long flight…

All told, I spent 28hrs 32min traveling today.

LIT to MEM to DTW to AMS to ADD.

There was a quick stop-over in Khartoum, Sudan, between AMS and ADD.

It truly gets me all warm and fuzzy to be traveling like this again. To make an overnight flight and never have the sun set because you’re flying above the Arctic Circle at 40,000ft.

And it takes me back to the last time I made photos like the one above… a while ago and under completely different circumstances, but this is what I love.

I was made for this stuff.
