Only because there are a bazillion images of Paris, it makes street photography all the more unusual.

It is the reason why street photography is so extraordinary. There are 11 million photographs tagged “Paris” on Flickr. And those are 11 million views of the same place. Some extremely boring and some extremely interesting.
And are really any two exactly alike?
The same person/people doing the exact same thing in the same way?
